Hey, I’m David Holp.

In 2023, I bought an old motorcycle — a BMW F650 GS Dakar. I named her Daki.

Since then, she’s been my companion on a journey across more than 40 countries, mostly throughout mainland Europe. On this website, I share the stories from the road — sometimes with Daki, sometimes without.

For each country I visit, I try to provide useful insights, personal experiences, and inspiration for your own adventures.

When I’m not riding, you’ll usually find me hiking or climbing. I feel most at home in nature, and I capture many of these moments as a passionate hobby photographer.

Right now, I’m taking a break from traveling and enjoying life in Cyprus with my girlfriend Rim. But this is just a pause — the journey will continue, step by step, year by year.
